Key Responsibilities
- Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary.
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound communications.
- Validate information from third-party sources using online databases for accuracy.
- Undertake data enrichment tasks as outlined during training sessions.
- Execute data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties and tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate process changes and information updates.
- Computer proficiency is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Experience in outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous.
- Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with immediate start.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- A suitable work-from-home environment is essential.
- A stable internet connection is required.
